About the role
Carry out operations related tasks, and supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of bp and contract operators staff. Accountable to develop and implement operator´s shift patterns
In this role You will
- Supervise and coordinate daily depot and into-plane operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of operators, ensuring competency, compliance, and high performance.
- Schedule workloads, assign maintenance activities, and oversee daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Manage customer relationships, resolve operational issues, and act as the primary escalation point during shifts.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE standards, company procedures, Site Operating Standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct task observations, safety conversations (SPLiA), and support self-verification and compliance activities.
- Oversee inventory, stock management, maintenance documentation, defect reporting, and operational records.
- Monitor fuel receiving, storage, quality control, aircraft refuelling, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Perform and supervise critical Product Quality Assurance tasks, including inspections, sampling, documentation, and product release.
- Support engineering activities, Permit to Work (PTW) processes, contractor supervision, and Management of Change (MoC) compliance.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs for fixed and mobile equipment and ensure operational readiness.
- Monitor Airfield Automation and Faudi DDF+EWS systems, ensuring safe operation and adequate staff training.
- Liaise with airport authorities and security to coordinate staff and visitor airside access.
- Foster a strong safety culture by identifying risks, reporting unsafe conditions, and driving continuous operational improvement.
What You will need to be successful
- Cat. B,C,E professional driving licence
- ADR licence for goods cat. III.
- Fire Protection Certificate
- Defensive driving skills
- Intermediate level English
- Problem solving capabilities
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (Windows pack)
