We're looking for a hunter. Someone who builds territory from the ground up, earns trust with technical buyers, and drives new business with discipline and follow-through. This isn't an account maintenance role. This is for someone who gets energized by prospecting, thrives in the field, and knows how to turn a cold call into a long-term account.

What you'll own...
🔴 Prospecting, qualifying, and closing net new accounts across the territory
🔴 Building a predictable pipeline with accurate forecasts and CRM activity
🔴 Presenting technical and commercial value to decision-makers at fleets, shops, dealers, and rebuilders
🔴 Coordinating onboarding and handoff to the inside team so first orders validate the sale
🔴 Providing market intelligence that shapes stocking decisions and territory coverage
🔴 Tracking conversion rates, territory performance, and product placement opportunities
🔴 Representing the brand professionally at customer sites and in the market
🔴 Traveling up to 50% to stay close to the territory and the people in it
Preferred background...
🔴 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing new business
🔴 Strong knowledge of diesel engine parts and applications
🔴 Experience selling to fleets, repair shops, dealers, or engine rebuilders
🔴 A hunter mindset with the discipline to manage a territory long term
🔴 Comfortable working independently while staying connected to an inside team
🔴 Consistent with sales process, pipeline cadence, and follow-through
🔴 CRM experience preferred... HubSpot a plus
🔴 Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory
