The Senior Coordinator supports the Assistant Vice Chancellor (AVC) and a high-volume communications team that works with many colleagues across University Advancement and our campus to advance key marketing communications priorities. Duties for the team include complex calendaring, budget and expense tracking, travel/meeting/event arrangements, preapring meeting agaendas, managing ARCH and Click-up activity as assigned, and special projects for the AVC. This is a strategically important position that has a huge impact on the productivity of Advancement Communications and on University Advancement’s ability to communicate effectively with alumni, parents, and friends.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist AVC with a range of projects, scheduling meetings, paying vendors, budget management, and various types of creative/competitive research.
- Office-management responsibilities such as project coordination and management.
- Communications responsibilities such as proofreading and creating power point presentations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
