Injury Prevention Integration Coordinator | Marysville, OH

Join us as an Injury Prevention Integration Coordinator and play a key role in supporting workplace health initiatives at our client site in Marysville, OH. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in fitness and industrial ergonomics, who enjoys project coordination, scheduling, relationship-building, and collaborating across multiple departments to keep programs running smoothly and effectively.

Full-time, Monday–Friday with a blend of shifts and flexibility based on operational needs. Potential shifts include:

  • 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

  • 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

In collaboration with client's employee healthcare team, develops, coordinates, and evaluates programs focused on the prevention of work-related injuries, physical conditioning, and employee education and wellness within the manufacturing environment. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Conducts employee injury prevention programs, education, and training.

  • Leads the development and implementation of interventions/programs focused on the manufacturing environment to meet client objectives.

  • Assists employee healthcare teams with job function assessment, incident investigation and care management.

  • Collect and evaluate program data to support ROI process, manages and reports data for their assigned plant.

  • Develop, promote, and market wellness and general education programs.

  • Other duties as needed/assigned.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Exercise Science, or a related field, or licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).

  • 2+ years’ experience in health and fitness.

Stand out to our team by having

  • NCCA-Accredited Personal Training Certification.

  • Understanding of Biomechanics.

  • Understanding of Occupational Safety.

  • Work experience in a clinical environment (occupational therapy, physical therapy, cardiac rehab, nursing).

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $50k - $60k/annually. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.  We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive wage within the market.
