For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 9 years of experience as a Senior .Net Developer
- Demonstrates a strong grasp of algorithms and data structures, applying them to solve complex engineering problems.
- Delivers performance-critical .NET solutions with hands-on expertise in multithreading, memory management, GC tuning, and modern constructs like Span
and structs. - Holds a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Has made meaningful architecture decisions and actively mentored developers on engineering best practices.
- Communicates technical decisions clearly and confidently on calls with distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (C1)
- Availability for Remote model (based in Portugal)
