Description
We’re looking for a Research Benefits Administrator to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Admin Advantage operations, handling complex and escalated cases while ensuring the accurate and timely completion of administrative and support tasks. The position also supports quality assurance, training, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence across various workstreams.
Position Responsibilities:
Demonstrate full expertise in all Admin Advantage worktypes and processes
Handle special or escalated cases requiring advanced analysis and resolution
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Admin Advantage operations
Perform quality checking and provide feedback to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support training and mentoring of team members
Resolve complex transactions across various Admin Advantage workstreams
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all support and administrative tasks
Collaborate with other functions (BAU teams) as part of cross-training initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
Proven experience in Admin Advantage or benefit administration
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of benefit administration processes
Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
Ability to handle complex and high-volume transactions
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Coaching, mentoring, and training capability
High level of accountability and ownership
Strong organizational and time management skills
Adaptability and ability to work across multiple worktypes
