Your Day-to-Day
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume frontline and operational roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, etc.

Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

Ensure hiring targets are achieved while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Maintain accurate recruitment records, track hiring progress, and prepare regular recruitment reports.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and continuously improve hiring processes.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in mass hiring, high-volume recruitment, or agency recruitment.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Results-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while meeting recruitment KPIs.
