Job Details:

1. Operations Management & Execution

• Report to the Operations Manager and support execution of ALFRE and EAAR O&M requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operations across both projects to ensure continuity and service delivery.
• Monitor daily operations and resolve issues to minimise disruption to activities.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), security, and company/client policies at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of ALFRE and EAAR operations.

2. Planning, Scheduling & Resource Management

• Lead manpower and resource planning, maintaining a rolling forecast of up to three months for personnel and materials.
• Optimise allocation of manpower and equipment to meet operational and training requirements.
• Supervise the Operations Executive and Resource Planner in administrative, scheduling, and resource coordination activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, scheduling efficiency, and resource optimisation.

3. Stakeholder, Client & Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with clients and stakeholders on operational schedules, requirements, and execution matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely readiness of resources and equipment.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and consolidate operational reports, schedules, and planning documentation in line with contractual requirements.

5. Equipment Readiness & Operational Support

• Monitor equipment readiness and escalate maintenance, servicing, or replacement needs as required.

6. Leadership & Acting Role

• Act as Operations Manager during periods of absence to ensure continuity of operations and decision-making.
