What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services and safe medication distribution
• Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems
• Apply clinical judgment to optimize patient care
• Respond to urgent medication needs and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and federal standards

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Current California Registered Pharmacist license in good standing
• One year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience, inpatient, decentralized setting
• Experience with pharmacy software, Windows, and CII Safe/PYXIS
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• ACLS and PALS certification within one year of hire
