As a Trial Paralegal, you'll partner closely with Trial Counsel to support complex litigation matters, coordinate trial preparation, and help ensure cases are organized, efficient, and trial-ready.
What You'll Do
- Provide litigation and trial support throughout all phases of the litigation lifecycle
- Coordinate trial preparation, including management of pleadings, discovery, deposition materials, and evidence
- Prepare subpoenas, trial exhibits, witness files, trial binders, and electronic trial notebooks
- Coordinate trial logistics, witness scheduling, and courtroom presentation support
- Maintain organized and accurate case files to ensure accessibility and compliance
- Assist Trial Counsel during trial proceedings with exhibit management and courtroom support
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and litigation support experience
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience supporting civil litigation
- Experience supporting insurance defense or first-party property insurance litigation strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience supporting trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
- Knowledge of civil litigation procedures, trial preparation practices, and Florida court rules
- Strong organizational, communication, and document management skills
