THE JOB:
As a BET MGM Administrative Operator, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our sportsbook by coordinating wagering administration, maintaining operational systems and documentation, and providing exceptional support to guests and partner properties.
THE STARTING RATE: $23.70
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Set up events within the wagering system and post event results in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain and update public-facing LED and video displays with current wagering odds
Prepare customer menu sheets outlining available wagering options for various events, as well as daily results sheets to support auditing processes
Collaborate with sister properties via phone and email to provide guidance on odds setting and customer menu sheets
Provide guidance and support to guests with their BetMGM mobile accounts
Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and Company and departmental policies and procedures
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Has 1+ years of prior relevant experience in a similar resort/sportsbook setting
