Opening: Sr. Supply Chain Executive (Pharma Industry Experienced)
Job Descriptions:
The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of supply chain processes in accordance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP). The role works closely with Procurement, Sales, Quality Assurance, Customer Services, Finance, and Logistics to ensure uninterrupted product availability and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GDP, FEFO/FIFO, and company SOPs.
- Develop and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conduct warehouse staff training and maintain training records.
- Investigate customer complaints using Root Cause Analysis and implement CAPA.
- Monitor expiry, damaged, and quarantined stock.
- Support internal, principal, and regulatory audits.
- Prepare operational and management reports.
- Drive warehouse productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Logistics Management or related discipline.
Experience
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Pharmaceutical distribution experience preferred.
- Experience in GDP-compliant warehouse operations is highly desirable.
