$35 / hour

Responsibilities

Team Rehabilitation – Broad Ripple is currently hiring professional and driven PRN Certified Athletic Trainers to provide exceptional care for contracted school student-athletes and community outreach coverage. The compensation for this role is $35 per hour, and employees are eligible to attend local onsite continuing education opportunities.Primary responsibilities include:

• Providing onsite athletic training services at practices, games, and scrimmages.
• Recognizing, evaluating, and managing injuries, including emergency care.
• Developing and implementing rehabilitation and injury prevention programs.
• Maintaining strong relationships for Team Rehabilitation to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Assisting with clinical protocols and participating in company-supported research studies.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through company events and continuing education allowances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training or related field
• Graduate from a CAATE accredited Athletic Training program
• Athletic Training Certification by the Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers
• Licensed as an Athletic Trainer 
• Strong communication skills to manage the triage of athletes for further care and in developing relationships with the athletes, parents, coaches and school personnel
