Job Summary

To manage and sourcing for goods and service to ensure related function obtains good quality and competitive price in timeline.

Job Description:

1. Reponsible to develop sourcing strategy for goods and service category for cost saving
2. To ensure all procurement activities align with work instrustion and policy.
3. Conduct purchasing analysis to measure cost effectiveness brenchmark in market and innitate project
4. Reponsible to develop complex business arrangements and manage project timeline
5. To monitor and review commercial risk for supply contracts and agreements.
6. Maintain and comply with company and procurement policy
7. perform other relate duties as assign.

Qualification:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, Science, Packaging, Chemical, or related fields.
Experience & Skills: Proven experience in procurement management across categories. Strong project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. People management capabilities. English communication skills preferred.
