About the Roles
Working closely with venue leadership teams, you’ll play an important role in supporting daily operations, leading teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences across our venues.
Responsibilities may include:
- Leading and supporting teams during service
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Supporting venue operations and maintaining high standards
- Ensuring compliance across liquor, gaming and workplace procedures
- Training, coaching and developing team members
- Assisting with shift management and operational processes
- Creating a positive and inclusive team culture
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous hospitality leadership experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A hands-on approach and ability to lead from the front
- Passion for hospitality, people and creating great guest experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of liquor, gaming and venue operations is highly regarded
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
