German Autowerke has proudly served Oceanside and North County San Diego for over 35 years, specializing exclusively in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, and MINI. We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the moment each customer arrives.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
- Prepare repair estimates and explain recommendations clearly and professionally.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate repair recommendations.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Schedule appointments and help manage daily workflow.
- Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and present repair recommendations.
- Help achieve shop sales and customer satisfaction goals while always putting the customer’s best interests first.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong sales experience with a proven ability to build trust and close recommendations.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- A positive, professional attitude and a team-first mindset.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Automotive service advisor experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right individual with exceptional sales ability and a passion for customer service.
