Description
We are looking for a friendly, exuberant, experienced dental receptionist with some assisting skills to join our team. We are located in downtown Toronto near the subway.
What You Will Do:

- Manage front desk operations including scheduling, recalls and patient communication.
- Handle insurance claims, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Abeldent software.
- Keep the office organized, clean, and running smoothly.
- Assist the dentist chairside when needed.
- Sterilize instruments and support clinical flow.
- Order supplies and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Canadian dental experience.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and codes.
- Experience with Abeldent (preferred).
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, compassionate and patient-focused.
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
Assets:
- Harp certification.
- Previous assisting experience in a clinical setting.
