Who you are 

You are an extremely organized and service-oriented individual who loves to plan, but is also comfortable with making changes on the fly. You are sensitive to day-to-day operations needed to run a business and create a cleaning schedule that operates around business needs.  

The Position 

We are searching for an Office Cleaner to clean our four office buildings. This individual must be able to create and maintain a cleaning schedule, have excellent attention to detail, and physical stamina to maintain the cleaning expectations in all office buildings.  

Responsibilities 

• Coordinating with other employees to keep your business clean 

• Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible 

• Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning (e.g. maintaining cleaning machinery) 

• Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels 

• Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed 

• Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and bathrooms 

• Sweep, mop, and buff hardwood floors as needed 

• Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture 

• Dust and polish various surfaces 

• Restock bathrooms with supplies 

• Empty trash bins 

• Keep track of cleaning schedule 

• Cleaning gym and stage space when needed 

Requirements 

• Monday through Friday 6:00am-3:00pm or 11:00am -7:00pm. 38.75 hours per week. 

• Prior cleaning experience (highly preferred) 

• A high standard for cleanliness 

• Attention to detail 

• Ability to follow instructions 

• Time-management skills 

• Physical stamina 

• Must have access to a vehicle

Compensation and Benefits 

• Hourly $18-$20. Negotiable based on experience.
