As a Security Officer - Warehouse - Full Time in Miamisburg, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will help screen people and/or materials, monitor assigned areas, and support security-related procedures with professionalism and strong communication. In this visible role, you will help promote smooth daily operations while delivering customer service rooted in a caring culture, teamwork, agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals, packages, freight, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, screening concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, with attention to access points, shipping and receiving areas, and other assigned work areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
