Position Overview

InteLogix is looking for an experienced Financial Services Trainer to design and deliver training programs for employees supporting a financial services account.

The Trainer will be responsible for preparing new hires and existing employees to successfully perform their roles by delivering engaging, structured, and effective training focused on financial services processes, customer service, systems, compliance, and operational performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong facilitation and communication skills with hands-on experience supporting financial services accounts in a contact center or BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for new hires and existing employees supporting a financial services account.
• Facilitate training on account processes, products, systems, customer service procedures, and operational expectations.
• Translate complex financial services concepts and procedures into clear, practical, and easy-to-understand training content.
• Ensure trainees understand and follow compliance, data security, privacy, and financial services procedures.
• Conduct knowledge checks, assessments, simulations, role plays, and other activities to measure trainee understanding and readiness.
• Monitor trainee performance throughout training and identify knowledge gaps or areas requiring additional support.
• Provide coaching and individualized feedback to trainees to improve knowledge, confidence, and performance.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, WFM, and leadership to ensure training content aligns with current business needs and performance expectations.
• Identify recurring knowledge gaps and recommend improvements to training materials, delivery methods, and processes.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, assessments, graduation results, and other required documentation.
• Support nesting and transition-to-production activities to ensure trainees are prepared to perform successfully in a live environment.
• Stay current on changes to account processes, systems, policies, and procedures and incorporate updates into training materials.
• Promote a professional, engaging, and accountable learning environment.

What We Look For

• B2 English proficiency or higher – required, both oral and written.
• 3+ years of experience in contact center/BPO operations.
• 2+ years of experience as a Trainer, Training Specialist, or Learning & Development professional.
• Previous experience supporting a financial services, banking, fintech, payments, lending, credit, or other financial services account – Preferred.
• Proven experience delivering new-hire and/or upskilling training in a contact center environment.
• Strong understanding of financial services operations, customer service, and account-specific procedures.
• Experience training employees on compliance, data protection, security, and quality requirements.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage different learning styles and adapt training delivery based on trainee needs.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to create, maintain, and update training materials and documentation.
• Schedule flexibility.
• Availability to work on-site in San Salvador.
• University degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
