What would you do? • This role is part of the Global Capability Center GCC and is designed to take on key sales administrative and data management activities currently handled by Customer Engagement Support Executives CESs. The objective is to free up CES capacity for higher value client facing strategic work while the GCC team delivers accurate timely and process driven operational support. • Supporting the sales for License training pricing budgeting and negotiation Backend support • Equip sales teams with the right content, training, and data to drive sales activity.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Sales Enablement • • Bachelors degree in Business Commerce Economics or a related field • • Relevant years of experience in sales operations data management MIS reporting or a similar analytical support role • • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel lookups pivots data cleaning and PowerPoint • • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to run quality checks and spot data discrepancies • • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross geography collaboration • • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliverables simultaneously under tight timelines
Roles and Responsibilities: • Category Data Management and Analysis • • Extract and prepare data inputs from Circana and internal sources based on CSE defined guidelines for Priorities and Indexed Items decks • • Look up and analyze SKU level data in Circana populate required templates and troubleshoot data discrepancies • • Interpret findings and prepare outputs in the desired format for CSE review • Recommendation Deck and Master List Preparation • • Collate master data and SKU information needed for client specific recommendations populate in required formats • • Populate pre agreed slide templates with data and content iterate based on CSE feedback • • Support with additional data pulls and content updates as the recommendation deck evolves • Customer Portal Operations • • Prepare client specific formats for new item uploads to customer portals run thorough quality checks before submission • • Modify and remove items on customer portals based on CSE instructions source supplementary data as needed • • Collaborate with retailer contacts and internal teams to resolve access issues and account specific nuances • Promotional Data Management • • Maintain and update all account specific promotional information and Excel files furnish data to CSEs on demand • • Upload promotional details into customer portals across all assigned accounts manage account specific upload requirements • • Standardize optimize and where possible automate file and data maintenance processes across accounts • • Process Orientation follow structured workflows and maintain consistency across accounts • • Analytical Thinking comfort working with large data sets and drawing out actionable inputs • • Proactive Communication seek guidance flag issues early and collaborate with onshore stakeholders • • Adaptability absorb account specific nuances and adjust as processes evolve • • Continuous Improvement Mindset drive to standardize and optimize recurring tasks
