Job Title: Customer and Loyalty Report Developer
Location: Corporate

Job Summary: The Customer & Loyalty Report Developer is responsible for delivering trusted reporting, performance measurement, related to loyalty program performance. This role develops and maintains reporting solutions, dashboards, and scorecards that provide visibility into customer acquisition, customer segments, order and fufillment channels, engagement, engagement across various media and web channels, retention, participation, and coupon costs. The Developer works closely with Loyalty, Merchant, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure accurate reporting, identify trends and opportunities, and support data-driven decision making.
Principal Duties:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance customer and loyalty reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking tools.
- Monitor and report on key customer and loyalty metrics, including membership growth, active members, retention, engagement, visit frequency, spend, redemption, and customer lifetime value. Define and document customer and loyalty metrics, business rules, and data standards.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of customer and loyalty reporting.
- Create recurring and ad hoc reports that provide timely visibility into program performance and customer trends.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful reporting solutions.
- Develop and maintain metric definitions, business rules, and reporting documentation.
- Support executive, operational, and strategic business reviews by providing accurate performance reporting and analysis.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with technology and data teams to enhance data quality, reporting capabilities, and dashboard functionality.
- Partner with technology teams to ensure customer and loyalty data is accurate, consistent, and accessible.
- Develop and maintain foundational customer and loyalty datasets that support enterprise reporting, dashboards, and analytical use cases.
- Support data governance activities, including metric certification, data quality monitoring, and lineage documentation.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, customer analytics, loyalty analytics, marketing analytics, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience supporting customer loyalty, CRM, retail, hospitality, convenience retail, or consumer-focused organizations.
- Experience analyzing customer behavior, engagement, retention, and loyalty program performance.
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle, segmentation, and marketing measurement methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Familiarity with customer data, loyalty program platforms, and campaign performance reporting
