Description
EPR Specialist with experience in managing regulatory and operational obligations related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes. The role involves environmental regulatory monitoring, management of National Registers, coordination of annual producer declarations, and support in ensuring compliance with applicable requirements. The position also includes the management of regulatory and contractual documentation, as well as the implementation of internal procedures aimed at ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance across different EPR streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide internal advisory support on administrative and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on the management of National Registers and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate document management activities and the preparation of documentation for corporate and consortium meetings
- Oversee the annual reporting and declaration process for producers, serving as the main point of contact with the relevant Coordination Centers.
- Manage and respond to complex, non-standard requests from producers placing products subject to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations on the market.
- Monitor and analyse regulatory developments related to EPR schemes
- Coordinate regulatory deadlines and prepare documentation for submission to governmental authorities, including planning, tracking, and follow-up of activities.
- Review, update, and maintain contractual documentation for producers subject to EPR obligations, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Lead regulatory monitoring activities across multiple EPR streams, assessing legislative impacts and supporting the implementation of compliance strategies.
