Avalere Health is seeking a high-performing, intellectually curious Consultant to join our US Market Access practice. We are looking for problem-solvers and quick learners who thrive in fast-paced, complex environments and bring a strong work ethic, analytical mindset, and results-driven mentality to their work. The ideal candidate is eager to tackle challenging questions, communicate effectively, and collaborate across teams to develop practical, impactful solutions for clients. Most importantly, we are looking for an individual who is motivated by the opportunity to improve access to innovative therapies.
Our team provides integrated market access, clinical strategy, regulatory, and policy expertise across the healthcare landscape.
Consultants are critical members of the US Market Access practice, leading complex workstreams, managing multiple client engagements, and translating regulatory, policy, and market developments into actionable business strategies. They collaborate closely with project leaders and multidisciplinary experts to deliver high-quality client solutions while contributing to account growth, practice development, and the mentorship of junior team members.
A candidate's experience, expertise, and demonstrated consulting capabilities will determine whether they are hired at the Consultant I or Consultant II level.
