Czech-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a

Czech-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international customer service project for a leading global online travel and accommodation platform in Athens, Greece.

This is an on-site customer support role where you will assist customers in Dutch and English and help them with booking-related questions, account inquiries, and service issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Czech and English.
• Assist customers with booking-related questions, changes, and general inquiries.
• Handle customer requests professionally and provide clear and accurate solutions.
• Support customers through different communication channels.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Escalate more complex cases when necessary.
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

• Fluent Czech language skills.
• Good level of English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and comfortable assisting customers in an international environment.
• Previous Customer Service or Contact Centre experience is an advantage.
• Availability to work on-site in Athens, Greece.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
• EU citizenship or a valid Greek work permit is required.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday.
• Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00.
• Full-time position.

Compensation & Benefits

• €1,200 gross monthly salary.
