We are looking for a colleague to join the Commercial Organization as Net Revenue Manager Lead North within the Personal Care Business Unit, with commercial focus on the categories of Baby Care, Consumer Tissue, Feminine Care and Continence Care.
About the role
In this role, you will drive the Net Revenue Management (NRM) strategy and roadmap across the Nordics and Baltics, ensuring alignment across categories and markets. You will lead initiatives that shape pricing, portfolio optimization and revenue growth, while building a strong NRM culture and capability within the organization.
You will be part of Nordic & Baltic leadership teamworking closely with the commercial and marketing teams as well as the Business Unit-wide NRM community.
The position can be located in either Oslo, Gothenburg, Espoo or Allerød, and travel is required as needed.

Examples of tasks
- Drive and execute a 3-year NRM roadmap across categories and NRM pillars in the Nordic cluster.
- Develop and strengthen NRM capabilities, mindset and culture across the business.
- Ensure effective implementation of analytics tools and represent regional needs in tool development.
- Translate data into actionable insights through project work, reporting and the annual business planning cycle.
- Lead the assessment of NRM maturity across the Region, measuring and communicating progress.
- Lead and engage the regional NRM network, ensuring strong collaboration with the BU-wide NRM team.
- Drive tangible business impact from NRM initiatives in the short, medium and long term.
- Contribute to the BU NRM community and share internal and external best practices.
Who You Are
You are a strategic and analytical leader who thrives in a collaborative and international environment. To be successful in the role you combine strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and drive organizational change.
Being able to organize and structure your work is key, since you will manage projects and initiatives across multiple stakeholders and markets simultaneously. You thrive in an environment where you work independently and rely on your experience, but you also enjoy collaborating across functions and geographies.
You build relationships based on trust, integrity and respect and can engage, challenge, coach and inspire people around you.
You have:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience from analytical, financial or commercial roles within FMCG.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Proven experience within Net Revenue Management (NRM), Commercial Strategy or Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P).
- Good understanding of key NRM concepts including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy and Trade Investment.
- Experience with relevant tools such as Microsoft Office and market data sources (e.g. Nielsen and category management tools); Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
