Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert guidance on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires understanding client requirements deeply and translating them into practical business and technological strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align technology with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration efforts by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to align project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and data flow between applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with API management and middleware technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
