Overview
Part Time Front Desk Receptionist - Afternoons and Weekends
RiverWoods is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as a welcoming and helpful first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff. Under the direction of the Front Desk Supervisor, the Front Desk Receptionist provides exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork while supporting the daily needs of the RiverWoods Community.

Location: Exeter, NH (on-site)Schedule: The typical schedule is expected to be Tuesday and Thursday 2pm-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm, however shift times may vary occasionally and be between the hours of 8am – 7pm.

Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
- Answer a multi-line telephone system promptly and courteously.
- Communicate effectively with staff and concierge using two-way radios.
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Schedule and manage guest room reservations for residents’ family members and guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or secretarial role.
- Proficiency with computers, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- New Hampshire Notary Public preferred, but not required.
