The Electrical Superintendent will lead the field execution on complex, mission-critical data center projects. This position will oversee electrical construction activities from mobilization through commissioning and turnover, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily electrical construction operations from mobilization through commissioning.

Supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones.

Develop look-ahead schedules, manpower plans, and short-term execution strategies.

Enforce safety, quality, project specifications, and applicable electrical codes.

Coordinate with project management, engineering, and other trades to resolve field conflicts.

Monitor productivity, progress, materials, and site logistics.

Lead field huddles, coordination meetings, and subcontractor planning sessions.

Support QA/QC, inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.

Identify and resolve schedule risks, delays, and construction issues.

Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower tracking, and project documentation.
Key Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required; technical/construction degree preferred.

8–12 years of recent electrical construction experience.

1–3 years in a Superintendent, General Foreman, or lead supervisory role.

Direct data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of critical power systems and redundancy configurations, including N, N+1, and 2N.

Understanding of electrical construction sequencing, scheduling, and commissioning.

Ability to interpret complex electrical drawings, specifications, and BIM coordination documents.

Journeyman or Master Electrical License preferred.

OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass required background, MVR, and applicable drug screening.
