You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

The Shipping and Logistics Coordinator ensures that product shipments are packaged properly and delivered in a timely and efficient manner while strictly adhering to regulatory guidelines and safety protocols related to hazardous materials. The Shipping and Logistics Coordinator will work closely with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal teams to optimize inventory management and shipping processes, ensuring smooth lab operations. The

Shipping and Logistics Coordinator will back up the Inventory Specialist to provide continuity of services.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Schedule and arrange the transportation of radiopharmaceutical products, adhering to regulatory and transportation standards for hazardous materials.
  • Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, generating shipping labels, packing lists, and export documents as
  • Verify lot number, expiration date, and radioactivity are correct on shipping documentation and that temperature monitoring devices are used as required.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments (e.g., Telix Logistics) to resolve issues related to deliveries, inventory, or
  • Maintain inventory of all controlled temperature shipping
  • Coordinate the procurement and timely delivery of radioactive isotopes for manufacturing, calibration or other site
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of radioactive and non-radioactive products and product components, ensuring accurate inventory accounting, storage and safety in compliance with regulations.
  • Complete accurate documentation of radioactive waste and products shipped for purposes of tracking site radioactive inventory and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably in a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals
  • Familiarity with hazardous materials handling and transportation regulations (e.g., DOT, IATA, NRC) and able to be certified by IOATA.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to
