Technician

Responsible for production equipment emergency repair and regular maintenance tasks.
负责生产设备的紧急维修以及定期的维护保养任务。

根据设备保养计划、作业指导书对设备进行定期维护保养；

Complete equipment preventive maintenance according to PM plan and WI;

负责抢修及排除各类机械/电气设备故障，确保设备安全正常运行；

Deal with suddenly break down, ensure equipment working well;

每天按时进行设备巡检，分析、判断及预见潜在的设备故障，并及时汇报；

Inspect equipment timely, find out potential fault, and report without delay;

协助工程师完成工装夹具和设备的持续改进；

Assist equipment engineer to continue improve fixture and equipment.

根据设备维修状况，及时向设备工程师提交备件采购建议；

According to maintenance status, timely report spare parts purchasing suggestion;

严格遵守维修安全操作规程及相关安全环保规定，确保作业安全；

Strictly following safety procedures and EHS regulations, ensure safety working;

降低备件消耗量，节约成本；

Reduce the spare parts consumption and cost saving;

支持公司能源管理和节约方面的活动

Support Energy management and saving activities

不断学习以提高维修技能、并与班组成员分享，促进共同提高；

Continues learning and improve own maintenance skill, and share experience with team member, in order to improve together;

Qualifications & Requirements

中专及以上学历，设备维修5年及以上工作经验；

Technical secondary school or above, major in equipment maintenance for 5 years or above working experience;

机械及电气自动化相关专业；

Major in mechanical and automation or related;

熟悉低压电气元件，能看懂低压电气图纸，有一定的钳工装配技能，熟悉气动元件，如阀、汽缸等；

Familiar with Low-voltage electric components, can understand electric drawing, have some mechanical assemble skill, familiar with pneumatic components, such as valve, cylinder and so on;

熟悉西门子或三菱PLC，能独立完成简单的程序故障查找，调试，程序动作顺序优化等；

Familiar with Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC, can independently accomplish simple program troubleshooting, debugging, program action sequence optimization, etc.;

熟悉ABB或安川六轴工业机器人系统，有机器人调试经验；

Familiar with ABB or Yaskawa six axis robot system, has robot debugging experience;

持有国家劳动部门印发的特种作业电工上岗证或等级证书；

Take the license certification of electrician.

能适应倒班；

Can adapt to shift working;

8.   支持能源体系相关工作：

      Support energy management related work.

能够独立进行装配、调试，具备良好的沟通能力和解决问题技巧，学习和动手能力强，具有良好的团队合作精神；

Can assemble and debug equipment independently, have a good skill of communication and solving problem, have a strong study ability, also have a good team work spirit;
