We’re now looking for an experienced Social Content Partner to join us on our journey to be the trade’s most valued partner.

About the Role

A part of our in-house Content Studio, you’ll be creating engaging content that connects customers with Reece’s brands, products, people and expertise.  Writing, shooting and editing our social-first content, you’ll bring stories to life from concept to production in an authentic way.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging channels.
  • Develop concepts, write scripts, film, photograph, edit and publish work that showcases our brands, products, services and people.
  • Work on key campaigns, product launches, seasonal priorities and brand initiatives.

About you

Does this sound like you?

  • You love social and have at least 5 years’ experience in a social media, content or digital marketing role – agency or in house.
  • You have experience working across channels like Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok , Reddit and Pinterest.
  • You have a strong portfolio highlighting social content you’ve personally conceptualised, produced and published.
  • You’re proficient with editing and content creation tools including Adobe, Creative Suite, CapCut and platform-native editing tools.
  • You’re able to shoot footage and stills confidently using both mobile and professional equipment.
  • You’re genuinely curious about social media, keeping close to trends, platform changes and new ways to connect with your audience.
  • You’re able to write and adapt social copy across channels, tailoring tone, messaging and format to different audiences.
  • You’re a clear communicator and natural storyteller, with the ability to build trusted relationships and bring people along on the journey.
  • Experience with, or strong interest in, trades and/or interior design will be highly regarded.

  • New trends, formats and platform opportunities are identified and applied to keep content relevant and competitive.
  • Introducing scalable content production processes, templates and workflows that improve efficiency, consistency and the speed at which content is developed.
