Purpose of the role
To ensure the accurate and timely delivery of the agreed regional finance processes within a dedicated Group’s OpCoHandle queries from OpCo representatives, local supplier and partners in accordance with established protocols.
Responsibilities
Carry out day to day processes within area of responsibility including:
Processing PO and NON PO invoices with reference to DTP
Checking SOA and responding to the business or supplier if needed
Being point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Taking ownership of timely preparation of all deliverables related to GBS Onshore/Offshore entities
Resolve day to day queries and operational issues from the supported OpCo regional finance organisation and other regional/in-country partners and stakeholders within area of responsibility
Maintaining DTPs and process maps under supervise of more experienced team members
Handling refunds for individual customers with close cooperation with local Sales Points
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Finance and Accounting or related field
Planning and execution skills
Overall experience 1 years in Finance
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of working in a finance and accounting environment
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, global environment with tight deadlines and finite resources
Customer focus committed to exceeding customer expectations and continuous improvement
Analytical skills; experience of using Excel to manipulate large volumes of data is desirable.
Highly computer literate with the ability to develop knowledge where required and work around both, the new and legacy, systems
