Description

[What the role is]

The Deputy Manager, Events & Product Marketing is accountable for the end-to-end marketing of Sentosa's events and product portfolio, from campaign strategy through to on-ground execution and performance evaluation. The role sits at the intersection of brand building and operational delivery and requires equal fluency in both.
Working within the Marketing & Guest Experience (MGX) division and reporting to the Head of Brand and Product Marketing, this role drives integrated campaigns that grow visitation, deepen guest loyalty, and strengthen Sentosa's brand equity among local and international audiences. Campaign budgets are set at the divisional level; this role is accountable for optimising spend to maximise impact and return.

[What you will be working on]

Campaign Planning & Delivery

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Sentosa's events and product portfolio — from strategic brief through to post-campaign evaluation.
  • Build campaign plans with clear objectives, KPIs, timelines, and defined deliverables; track progress against milestones and escalate risks early.
  • Manage multiple campaigns concurrently, maintaining delivery discipline across workstreams without compromising quality.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve future performance.

Budget Stewardship

  • Manage allocated campaign budgets with rigour — tracking spends in real time, identifying optimisation opportunities, and ensuring every dollar is accountable to an outcome.
  • Evaluate media and production costs critically, balancing quality and cost-efficiency without defaulting to either extreme.

Agency & Partner Management

  • Brief, manage, and hold accountable creative, media, and digital agency partners to ensure output meets both brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with island partners and channel/platform partners to build a marketing ecosystem that drives visitation and share of mind.
  • Manage vendor contracts, deliverable schedules, and approval workflows with structured discipline.

Brand & Guest Experience

  • Translate audience insights and brand health metrics into campaign decisions that improve relevance, deepen loyalty, and grow Sentosa's NPS.
  • Ensure brand consistency and experience quality across all touchpoints – online, offline, and on-island so that what is promised in marketing is what guests feel.
  • Champion the guest perspective in internal conversations, ensuring the voice of the visitor shapes how we plan and execute.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work effectively with internal teams across SDC to align on shared goals and deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Communicate campaign plans, progress updates, and performance results clearly to senior stakeholders, managing expectations with transparency.

[What we are looking for]

Essential

  • At least 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, with demonstrable ownership of integrated campaigns from brief to results.
  • Proven project management capability: You have run complex, multi-workstream campaigns on time and on budget, and have the process discipline to show for it.
  • Experience managing agency relationships with structured briefs, milestone tracking, and accountable feedback loops.
  • Fluency across the marketing mix: Paid media, social, content, OOH, experiential, and sound judgement on when to weight each.
  • Budget management experience: You know how to extract maximum impact from defined budgets.
  • Strong analytical instinct: Comfortable with performance data, brand health metrics, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Exceptional communicator, written and verbal. You write clear briefs, present with authority, and manage stakeholders without hand-holding.

Preferred

  • Background in destination, hospitality, events, attractions, or integrated resort marketing.
  • Familiarity with loyalty programme mechanics and O2O (online-to-offline) guest journey design.
