Responsibilities:

• Respond to residential drain backups, slow drains, and emergency blockages with speed, professionalism, and clear problem‑solving.

• Perform drain cleaning using cabling, jetting, and other mechanical or hydro‑mechanical methods to restore proper flow.

• Accurately diagnose root intrusions, collapsed lines, grease buildup, foreign obstructions, and other drain‑related problems.

• Conduct sewer camera inspections to identify line condition, locate breaks, and verify proper drainage.

• Educate homeowners on drain system care, preventive maintenance, repair options, and long‑term solutions.

• Present clear repair, cleaning, or replacement options and confidently close service calls with transparency and professionalism.

• Perform minor drain repairs, clean‑outs, and component replacements as needed to restore system functionality.

• Communicate effectively with homeowners to ensure understanding, trust, and a positive service experience.

 

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential drain work or service plumbing experience 
• ServiceTitan experience - strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing and drain systems
• Excellent Customer Service & communication skills .

 

 

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from 50k-100k annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.

 

 

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
