Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Tablet Reporting in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology-focused location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or guests at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions, access concerns, and/or maintenance issues.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for personnel and authorized guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferred experience using a computer or tablet.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
