DHR Enterprise AI Solutions is Danaher's enterprise AI engineering capability, responsible for identifying opportunities, building and scaling reusable AI solutions, and accelerating measurable business impact across operating companies. We combine product, architecture, AI science, engineering and operations to industrialise AI, establish enterprise standards and enable the next generation of AI-powered products, workflows, applications and decision-making.

In DHR Enterprise AI Solutions, you will be responsible for exploring, validating, advancing and applying emerging AI capabilities, methodologies and technologies that can create measurable business value and shape the future of AI across Danaher.

You will serve as a technical pioneer and AI tooling expert, helping identify what is possible, validate what is practical and translate promising advances in AI into reusable capabilities that can be industrialised and scaled across the enterprise.

This is a Danaher Corporate role, hosted by our Cytiva operating company in Kraków, and will be an on-site role (Kraków).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Evaluate, apply and operationalise emerging AI methodologies, models, architectures, frameworks and technologies to identify opportunities that can improve business outcomes, accelerate innovation and create competitive advantage across Danaher.
• Design rigorous experiments, benchmarks, evaluations and proof-of-concepts that establish evidence-based recommendations and help determine which AI capabilities are ready for enterprise adoption.
• Develop, prototype, validate and productize novel approaches involving Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, reasoning systems, multimodal AI and other emerging technologies to solve complex business and scientific challenges.
• Translate research findings, technical discoveries and experimental results into reusable capabilities, reference patterns, working solutions and practical guidance that can be adopted by our organisation and Danaher.
• Partner with Platform, Data, Product Owners, Architects, AI Engineers and Software Engineers to enable the application of advanced AI techniques, accelerate solution delivery and help establish Danaher as a leader in enterprise AI innovation.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Deep expertise in modern AI methodologies, generative AI, agentic AI, statistical modelling and machine learning, gained through hands-on development, experimentation, research or applied AI delivery.
• Strong understanding of AI architectures, model evaluation methodologies, benchmarking techniques, experimentation design and scientific research practices.
• Proven ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate research, innovation and technical discoveries into practical business applications, working solutions and technical recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges, identify root causes and develop innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated AI concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Applied AI research, advanced machine learning, Generative AI or emerging AI capability development.
• Designing AI evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, experimentation methodologies, AI performance assessment approaches or translating research, prototypes and innovation concepts into reusable enterprise capabilities and production solutions.
• Working in life sciences, diagnostics, healthcare, advanced manufacturing or other regulated industries.
