About the Role The Business Implementation Management (BIM) team is responsible for delivering APM Terminals' strategic growth agenda, including greenfield developments, terminal expansions, upgrades, and integrations. As an AM Business Process Expert within the BIM Rapid Deployment Team, you will play a critical role in implementing standardized Asset Management processes across new and transforming terminals. You will operate from a home location while supporting BIM projects globally, ensuring operational readiness, process compliance, and successful adoption of Asset Management standards and systems. This position reports to the Functional Process Excellence Owner (FPO), with a dotted line to the Head of Business Integration – BIM. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of standard Asset Management (AM) business processes at new and transforming terminals.
• Onboard and train local Asset Management teams and key users on IFS CMMS-supported processes.
• Act as the subject matter expert for AM processes during critical project phases, including pre- and post-go-live activities.
• Drive standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of AM processes, SOPs, work instructions, and asset data.
• Ensure asset master data, preventive maintenance routines, and equipment information are maintained in line with global standards.
• Review process performance, support audits, monitor compliance, and drive closure of process-related findings.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to implement process improvements, manage change initiatives, and support business transformation efforts.

What We Are Looking For

• 5-8 years of experience in an operational Asset Management environment, preferably within an asset-intensive industry.
• Strong understanding of maintenance business processes (L3-L5), work instructions, and CMMS-enabled operations.
• Experience supporting transformation programs, project implementations, or business process deployments.
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management principles, with familiarity with ISO 55000 considered an advantage.
• Practical understanding of IFS CMMS, inventory management, and work order management processes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, manage change effectively, and navigate resistance in a constructive manner.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and training skills in English.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (approximately 20%) to support terminal deployments.
