Village Behavioral Health is a psychiatric residential treatment center that offers a full spectrum of treatment options for children and girls ages 13-17. We are nestled in Louisville, TN right on the Tennessee River spread out over 65 wooded acres.

We're seeking dedicated, caring professionals to join our team as Behavioral Health Associates supporting girls in a residential psychiatric treatment setting. Every shift is an opportunity to mentor, encourage, and empower young people as they work toward healing and personal growth.

Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership
- Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
- Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members
- Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully to support satisfaction and safety
- Recognize and respond to patient needs with safety as a top priority
Qualifications
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred
- CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire
- First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements
