■ Role as an MES/Scheduling Expert
Lead resolution of scheduling challenges.
Main Responsibilities:
Data analysis and schedule optimization
Equipment log analysis and improvement proposals
Fab Auto Stage Ratio management
Reduction of Q-time violations and equipment standby
Dashboard and automation features using RPA/SQL/API
Collection and deployment of global best-known methods (BKMs)
Power User development (MAS/SQL/UiPath/Power Tools)
IE theory education (TOC/statistics/MBPS/JIT, etc.
■ Expected Role
Drive improvements in scheduling and automation at Fab15
Strengthen collaboration with other teams as a core member of scheduler improvement
Introduce and internalize best practices through collaboration with other sites
Enhance responsiveness to MES troubleshooting
■ Required Skills and Experience
Deep understanding of scheduling systems
Proficiency in tools such as SQL, RPA, UiPath, Power BI
Basic knowledge of IE theories such as statistics, TOC, queuing theory
Ability to interpret and deploy global BKMs
Training and coaching skills (including Power User development)
Proposal and project execution capabilities
Communication skills
Japanese and English language proficiency
