What You'll Be Doing

• Perform quality control testing on aggregates, asphalt, concrete, and/or related materials to verify product compliance.
• Collect samples, record test results, and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Monitor production processes and communicate quality findings to plant and operations teams.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and support corrective actions to maintain product standards.
• Promote and follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures in daily activities.

What Are We Looking For

• Knowledge of quality control testing procedures and ability to accurately perform and document test results.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support problem-solving efforts.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with operations and production teams.
• Proficiency in using testing equipment, technology, and recordkeeping systems.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

• $31.00- $37.00 per hour.
