Pre Arrival & Concierge Agent - Amanzoe

Location Overview
Join our team in Amanzoe. Scattered with Unesco-protected ruins, the beach-fringed Peloponnese has been at the heart of Greek culture for millennia. Resting on the east coast of the Peloponnese near Porto Heli, Amanzoe is a modern-day Acropolis from which 360-degree views encompass olive groves and the Aegean sea. Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Pre-Arrival and Concierge Agent to join our team at Amanzoe. Reporting to the Front Office Management team, you will support our guests by ensuring that every detail of their stay is arranged prior to arrival. Your contribution will be essential in delivering a seamless and personalised experience that reflects Amanzoe’s philosophy of warm, thoughtful hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage all pre-arrival communication and arrangements for guests.
• Coordinate reservations, transportation, activities, and special requests.
• Ensure all guest profiles and preferences are updated accurately in Opera PMS.
• Anticipate guest needs and prepare tailored itineraries before arrival.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless service.
• Provide accurate information about resort facilities, local attractions, and experiences.
• Support the Front Office team with guest check-in and welcome when required.
• Handle guest enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
• Support the Concierge team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Address guest feedback promptly and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Front Office, Concierge, or Reservations role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Certificate or degree in Hospitality, Hotel School, or Tourism Management.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS or Fidelio is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• A third language at an advanced level is considered an advantage.
• Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Professional, guest-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Legal right to live and work in Greece is required.
