Families dealing with catastrophic injuries, wrongful deaths and medical failures need attorneys who can stand in front of a jury and win. A nationally ranked personal injury firm in Roseland, New Jersey needs a Litigation Attorney who is ready to handle complex, high value mass tort and medical malpractice cases alongside award winning trial attorneys who have built careers on results.
You will manage complex litigation matters from discovery through trial preparation, draft motions and briefs, handle depositions and court proceedings and work directly with partners on cases that change lives.
What you need to bring:
- Active New Jersey Bar license or eligibility for admission
- 2 to 10 years of litigation experience
- Experience in mass torts, medical malpractice, complex civil litigation or class actions preferred
- Strong motion practice, legal writing, discovery and deposition experience
- Stable employment history with long term commitment at previous firms
- Candidates who have changed firms every 1 to 2 years will not be considered
- Law firm experience required. Extensive solo practice backgrounds are not a fit for this role
