En tant qu'Attaché(e) relations clients, vous serez le point de contact privilégié de nos clients, garantissant un service d'excellence et contribuant à leur fidélisation. Vous gérerez les demandes et les réclamations, en apportant des solutions efficaces et personnalisées.

Responsabilités

* Répondre aux sollicitations des clients (téléphone, email, portail B2B) de manière professionnelle et courtoise.
* Gérer les réclamations et les litiges clients, en cherchant des solutions satisfaisantes.
* Assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers clients et des actions menées.
* Collaborer avec les différents services internes pour apporter des réponses complètes aux clients.
* Participer à l'amélioration continue de la qualité de service client.
* Tenir à jour les procédures du service

Qualifications

* Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec une orthographe irréprochable.
* Capacité à établir des priorités et à gérer son temps efficacement.
* Aptitude à la gestion de conflits et à la prise de décision rapide et pertinente.
* Résistance au stress et capacité à maintenir un service de qualité sous pression.
* Fort esprit d'équipe et capacité à collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs.
* Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office, CRM, SAP).
* Expérience réussie dans un poste similaire en relation client est un plus.

De formation Bac + 2/3 Eco, Gestion, Commerce

Vous avez une expérience minimum dans le métier d'environ 5 ans

Vous maitrisez des outils de bureautique (SAP, SalesForce, Codexia, Cro@m)

Vous avez une expertise en logistique, comptabilité ou commerce

Vous avez une communication fluide, une bonne écoute de vos interlocuteurs et un excellent esprit d'équipe.

Vous êtes rompu à la gestion de situations difficiles et force de proposition dans la résolution de problématiques
