Mach Dunes Golf Resort operates a collection of distinctive hospitality venues across Campbeltown and Machrihanish. These include The Royal Hotel in Campbeltown, a landmark hotel offering quality accommodation, dining, and event facilities; The Ugadale Hotel & Cottages, providing luxury coastal accommodation overlooking the world-famous Machrihanish Golf Club; and The Old Clubhouse Pub, situated in the picturesque village of Machrihanish and renowned for its warm welcome, relaxed atmosphere, and stunning seaside views. Together, these venues create memorable experiences for guests visiting one of Scotland's most breathtaking coastal destinations.

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude
• Previous front of house, hospitality, restaurant, bar, café, or customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing outstanding customer service
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serving food and drinks to a high standard
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout service areas
• Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Helping create a warm and memorable experience for every guest
