Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails professionally Assist customers with tire-related inquiries and order support Provide accurate and timely solutions across multiple channels Maintain detailed records in internal systems Collaborate with team leaders and escalate issues when needed Meet performance KPIs and service standards What We're Looking For 6-12 months of Customer Service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset Ability to multitask and adapt quickly Sales or retention experience is a plus Spanish is a plus, but not required
