About Us
Patient demand at W Dental continues to grow, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Dentist to join our expanding team. Located in a vibrant Vancouver neighbourhood near major educational institutions and surrounded by residential density, our clinic serves a diverse and highly engaged patient base with a wide range of clinical needs.
We are focused on proactive growth and expanding access to comprehensive care. With consistent new patient flow and strong monthly production, this is a practice where an experienced dentist can step into immediate demand, build a productive schedule quickly, and make a meaningful impact.
Our patients present with a broad range of treatment needs, including emergency care and complex treatment planning, creating significant opportunity for a confident, full-scope dentist. This role offers real potential for future partnership and long-term stability within a growing practice.
Schedule
- 3 days per week: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Some evening availability preferred to support patient demand
- Future expansion to Saturdays

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist who is confident working independently and comfortable managing a wide range of cases.
Ideal qualifications include:
- Strong foundation in bread-and-butter dentistry
- Confidence in oral surgery and surgical extractions
- Implant experience considered a strong asset
- Comfort with basic endodontics
- Experience managing emergency patients
- Strong diagnostic and comprehensive treatment planning skills
- Excellent communicator with strong case acceptance abilities
- Positive, team-oriented personality
- Growth-minded with interest in long-term stability and leadership

About You:
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
