Description

Associate Manager IC role

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective incentive compensation (IC) plans for the sales field, forecasting, and goal setting.
  • Utilize Python / SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.
  • Lead operational teams to achieve customer satisfaction on deliverable (quality, timeliness, methodology, project management, resource planning, change management and unforeseeable events).
  • Lead the IC plan design and simulation model creation, IC process buildup (including goal rollout, payout calculation, and regular scorecard tracking).
  • Willingness to work hands-on.
  • Experience with call planning, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force workload.
  • Mentor members of team, knowledge sharing across team and company. Actively identify NexGen of manager and provide management best practice.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in commercial operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions. 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, etc.).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IC design and commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • At least 1 year experience in leading and managing team and hands-on experience in leading client calls.
  • Strong proficiency in python / SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
