Funciones:
- Responsable de atención en primer filtro a llamadas de clientes en el área de refacciones.
- Identificar números de parte mediante sistema SAP, SIS, o manuales.
- Mantener actualizado el correo de refacciones, de los clientes según correspondan.
- Dar soporte al área de Servicio referente a stock, dudas, entre otros.
- Backup.
