MARKETING INTERN - SUMMER 2027
The primary purpose of this position is to support and assist the Marketing team with marketing projects. This person will primarily responsible for content creation, website updates, graphic design, communication, and other related activities.
As a Marketing Intern, primary responsibilities include:
- Compose or repurpose content for sales tools, website pages, email marketing campaigns, press releases, video scripts, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Create and refresh website landing pages while making routine website updates.
- Assist with product landing page development, including product photography, technical descriptions, and application content.
- Create visual assets for digital and print media, including flyers, brochures, trade show banners, social media graphics, and web content using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Ensure all marketing materials align with established brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Design engaging graphics and content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Assist with social media scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking using tools such as Hootsuite.
- Create, format, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Analyze website performance and marketing metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with event registration, coordination, and logistics for trade shows, career fairs, customer events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Communicate new marketing campaigns, programs, and resources to Hydrite employees and sales teams.Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as requested by the Marketing Director or Marketing Manager.
- Uphold Hydrite's Standard of Excellence through a continuous commitment to quality and customer service.
- Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and other duties as assigned.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
- This position reports to the Marketing Director or Marketing Manager.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL CRITERIA

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Business Marketing, or Web Design & Development.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite highly preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
- Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
